Poor quality customer service & mismatched size in a pair
Customer service has been the worst I've experienced in my life. Quality has gone down in recent years. Sizing is inconsistent on the same pair of clogs, the right clog is 1 size smaller than the left. They refused to correct their mistake on an unworn pair of clogs by saying I did not purchase it from them and hung up on my face when I have an order number, receipt, and the order is on my order list in my account on their website. What a disgrace, low quality rude customer service, unwilling to correct a mistake made by them.

Heel separated and tore
I could only leave a phone message waiting on response. My left sole came apart from the boot while I was walking all of a sudden it was loose and I stepped down on the hard edge of insole. I have 10 pair of black boots all different heights so there were only worn about 6 times. I have many dansko Mary janes and clogs and this has never happened. Its like they came unglued the stitching is all intact. Please replace or give credit so I can replace them! Thanks

Verified Reviewer New Reviewer3 Month old boots falling apart.
We bought my wife some Dansko boots for Christmas, part number 550836****, manufactured in Viet Nam on 04-06-2022, black, Size 37, leather upper, balance man-made. They are simply falling apart, almost looking like "delamination" of the outer surface of the leather inward. Totally bizarre. I have multiple pictures I can send if desired. These boots were very expensive and were not abused. Horrible quality for a Dansko Brand product.

My shoes fell apart.
I took my danskos out of my closet which I had stored about 6 month . Put them on to go shopping. While out it started to rain. While walking I tripped on the sole of my shoe took it off and it was crumbling away from the leather top. The other was doing the same thing I had to walk into a department store with soaking wet socks to purchase a pIr of shoes. I've never had this happen to a pair of danskos I purchased a total of 4 pairs never happened before did the change the was they make them if this is what to expect for a pair of shoes that I pay over 120.00 for I will not purchase another pair. What a waste of money. User's recommendation: Go back to making your shoes the way you used to.
